Refund and Returns Policy

At Apex & Fable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new piece. Our commitment is to ensure the quality of every item we ship. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. We’ve designed our process to be clear and straightforward.
Our Promise & Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original, new condition.
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags (if any were provided) must still be attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or have had their tags removed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us Promptly: Email our team at support@apexandfable.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number and state clearly whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange (if exchanging, please specify the new size/color you need).
- Attach Photos (for Defective Items): If your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a print error, please attach 2-3 clear photos so we can immediately assess the issue.
- Receive Return Instructions: We will review your request. If your item is eligible for return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) and confirm the return shipping details.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect. We are happy to process an exchange for a different size or color for any eligible (unworn/unwashed) item.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the original item to our Karachi office.
- Replacement Shipping: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item back to you.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our facility and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email.
- Approval: If the return is approved, a full refund (of the product price) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. In this case, we will either issue a full refund or send a free replacement, and you will generally not be required to ship the faulty item back.

All eligible returns must be shipped back to our operational office in Karachi, Pakistan for processing.

Order Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Please email support@apexandfable.com immediately with your Order Number.
- If your order has already been processed and shipped from our facility, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you must wait to receive the item and then follow the standard return process.
