Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Apex & Fable. We aim to deliver your order safely and on time through trusted courier services. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within Pakistan.


1. Order Processing Time

Before dispatch, every order goes through order verification and a basic quality check.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Dispatch Location: Karachi, Pakistan

During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Method (TCS – Pakistan)

  • All orders are shipped via TCS Courier Service
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan
  • Orders are dispatched once processing is complete

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch via TCS, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout
  • Any applicable delivery charges are collected with the order (COD or prepaid)

There are no hidden charges.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a TCS tracking number via SMS or email
  • Tracking becomes active within 24 hours
  • You can track your parcel directly on the TCS website

6. Delivery Attempts & COD Orders

  • TCS will attempt delivery as per their standard process
  • If a COD order is refused or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returns
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping charges will apply

8. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery:

If damage is discovered after delivery, inform us within 48 hours with clear photos.


9. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with TCS, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High shipment volume
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations

If your order seems unusually delayed, please contact us with your order number.
