Here’s the full breakdown:

1. Order Processing Time (Currently 2–5 Business Days)

This is the essential time we need to verify your order, conduct a final quality check on your item, and carefully package it for its journey.

  • Standard Estimate: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped directly from our registered business facility in Tharparkar, Pakistan.
  • Peak Season Note: During busy periods, processing might take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every item meets our quality standards.

2. Estimated Shipping Time (From Pakistan)

Once your order is processed (after 2-5 business days), the estimated shipping time begins. These are estimates for standard international delivery from Pakistan and are not guarantees.

  • USA: 12–20 business days
  • Canada: 12–20 business days
  • United Kingdom (UK) & Germany: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
  • Japan: 10–18 business days
  • Brazil: 15–25 business days
  • Europe (Other Countries): 15–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days (Varies significantly based on your country’s customs and local postal service).

3. Calculating Your Total Estimated Delivery Window

To get the most realistic idea of when your order will arrive, please add both timeframes together:

Total Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (2-5 biz days) + Estimated Shipping Time (12-30 biz days)

  • Example (USA): 2-5 days (Processing) + 12-20 days (Shipping) = Approx. 14–25 business days after placing your order.

4. Our Shipping Costs: Your Advantage

We’ve structured our shipping to be as clear and beneficial for you as possible:

  • Free Shipping Zones: We are happy to offer complimentary standard shipping ($0.00 at checkout) for all orders delivered to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, and Brazil. We’ve factored the base shipping cost into our product pricing.
  • Rest of the World: For all other international destinations, we offer a subsidized Flat Rate of $5.00 USD for standard shipping.
  • Your final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

5. Tracking Your Order’s Progress

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Understanding Potential Delays

While we aim for smooth deliveries, external factors can sometimes cause delays:

  • High shipping volumes (especially during holidays).
  • Severe weather conditions impacting transit.
  • Customs inspections and processing delays.
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address information.

If your order seems unusually delayed based on tracking, please reach out to us.

7. Important Information for International Orders (Customs, Duties, Taxes)

This applies to all orders.

  • You are the Importer: Shipments from Pakistan to your country (USA, Europe, etc.) may be subject to import duties, taxes (like VAT), and customs fees upon arrival.
  • Not Included: These potential charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost paid to Apex &Fable.
  • Your Responsibility: Payment of any such charges is the customer’s sole responsibility. We cannot predict these fees. Please contact your local customs office for specific details before ordering.
  • Refusal to Pay: If customs charges are refused and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund.

8. Address Accuracy is Key

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct and complete at checkout.

  • Verification: Double-check street names, numbers, apartment/suite details, and postal codes.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, reshipping will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
