How do I pay for my order?

Can I make adjustments after I’ve placed my order?

Yes, you can request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@apexandfable.com immediately. If your order has already been processed or dispatched from our facility, it cannot be changed.

Where can I get information on my order?

Right after you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details, including your order number, the items you ordered, pricing, and your shipping address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our items globally to storytellers everywhere!

Is shipping free?

We offer Free Standard Shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, and Brazil! For all other international destinations, we offer a subsidized Flat Rate of $5.00 USD for standard shipping.

How much time will it take to receive my T-shirt?

It’s a two-step process:

  1. Processing: Typically takes 2–5 business days for us to process your payment, inspect your items, and package them for shipping from our facility in Pakistan.
  2. Shipping: Varies by location. Please see our detailed Shipping Policy for estimated delivery windows (e.g., 12-20 business days for the USA). Remember, these are estimates!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s website. You can also check your order status via the link in the email or in the “My Account” section.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Possibly. Orders shipped from Pakistan to your country may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility as the importer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

What if I have a problem after receiving my order?

Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size or color?

Yes! We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 15 days. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return the product if it doesn’t satisfy me (buyer’s remorse)?

Yes, we accept returns for items you are not satisfied with. You can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy

Do you need proof of damage?

Yes, absolutely. To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us clear photo evidence at support@apexandfable.com within 15 days of receiving the item.

If the tag is removed, is it still returnable?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags intact.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item (e.g., for a size exchange or buyer’s remorse). If the item you received was defective or incorrect (our mistake), contact us first, and we will advise on the process.

Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please email support@apexandfable.com immediately. If the item has already been processed or dispatched, you’ll need to receive it and then request a return as per our policy.

Sizing

Do your sizes correspond to the size chart?

Yes, the measurements on our Size Guide (available on every product page) are accurate for the garments. Please use it confidently. If the fit isn’t right, you can request an exchange as per our policy.

Our Size Guide typically provides measurements in both inches and centimeters for your convenience.
