Refund and Returns Policy

At Apex & Fable, we aim to provide reliable watches and a smooth buying experience. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you face an issue with your order, we offer a clear and fair return or exchange process in line with Cash on Delivery (COD) and TCS courier services in Pakistan.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Protective films (if any), box, and accessories must be intact
  • The item must not be damaged, scratched, or altered
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used or worn
  • Damage occurred due to mishandling by the customer
  • The return request is made after 7 days

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@apexandfable.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos or video (especially for damaged or incorrect items)

Step 2: Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on the return process.

⚠️ Do not send any item back without confirmation, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.


3. Returns via TCS (Pakistan)

  • All approved returns must be sent back via TCS to our Karachi address
  • Return courier charges are paid by the customer
  • The parcel must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch (for example, a different model or color, subject to availability):

  • Customer pays the return shipping cost
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement
  • Replacement shipping cost will be covered by Apex & Fable

5. Refunds (COD Orders)

Since most orders are Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection
  • Refund amount will be sent via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged watch
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.

✔ In such cases:

  • We will arrange a free replacement OR
  • Issue a full refund
  • You may not be required to return the faulty item

7. Order Refusal & Non-Delivery (COD)

  • If a COD order is refused without valid reason, return shipping costs may be deducted from future orders
  • Repeated order refusals may result in order restrictions

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once the order is handed over to TCS, it cannot be canceled
  • In such cases, you must receive the parcel and follow the return process

9. Important Notes

  • Returns are processed only after inspection at our Karachi facility
  • Apex & Fable reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions
  • This policy applies to Pakistan only
